Delete your Lumi account

You can delete your Lumi account and all the data in it at any time. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Lumi and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@lynxapps.io with the subject "Delete my Lumi account", from the email address linked to your account. If you used Lumi as a guest or signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us that in the message and we will help you identify the account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and login details.
• Your profile (name, gender, birthday, measurements, body type, sizes, style preferences and city/location).
• All photos: clothing photos, full-body photo, selfie and try-on images.
• Your closet, outfits, favorites, calendar, statistics, chat history with Sienna and the style notes the app learned about you.

What may be kept

• Limited records we must keep by law or to prevent fraud (for example, records of credit and subscription purchases), kept only as long as required.
• Copies in encrypted backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule (usually within 30 days).
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which are governed by their own policies.
